Follow these simple steps when paying with a Purchase Order.
1. Add items to Cart / Complete your online order (select Purchase Order as Payment Type.)
2. Check your email. Print a copy of your emailed receipt.
3. Fill out your Official P.O. with authorized signatures.
4. Fax to 662-638-3977 or 1-888-719-3330 – OR- email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Be sure to use an official district purchase order and have it signed by the paying authority.
Please Indicate all colors and options on your Purchase Order for accuracy.
